There are a few things to go over before we started.

All Bookings require a non-refundable $100 booking fee. A $500 hold will be placed for damages of equipment, prior to departure, on the day of the rental. When the undamaged equipment is returned, the hold will be released.

CANCELLATION POLICY

To receive a refund of your deposit a 72-hour notice must be given for the cancellation of the scheduled pontoon rental. If the cancellation of the pontoon rental is within 72 hours prior to the scheduled rental, the deposit will not be returned, but may be applied to a future pontoon rental.
